A real project, shown whole — orbit the model, read the sheets. The 3D and the drawings are the same data: briefed in conversation, delivered as DXF, PDF and IFC4. The hall orbiting in the cover is another one — 484 pieces, drawn the same way.

We’re a detailing subcontractor — your engineer reviews and approves, same as with any detailer. Our own structural engineer checks every set first.
We detail to ACI 318 and PCI conventions, and our own practicing precast structural engineer reviews every set before it leaves. We have not completed a formal third-party validation of the system. If that matters to you, run a paid pilot on a single element and judge the output against your own standards.
2–5 days for a full building set. Our fastest full package on a 108,000 sq ft warehouse was 21 hours.
Priced per project, not per hour. Typically well below domestic detailing rates. Send a project and we’ll quote it in 24 hours.
First project is scoped small deliberately. If the set isn’t usable, you don’t pay for it.
