What you need to know
Structural engineering firms, and the engineering teams inside precast plants. Precast concrete is live today; cast-in-place concrete and steel are coming next.
Precast drafting takes 1 day for a full building set, and revisions take hours.
Shop drawings for every piece, plus GA plans, elevations and sections, as DXF and PDF. You also get the whole building as an IFC4 or GLB model. Every sheet carries piece marks, dimensions, section cuts, weights and your title block.
ISO drafting standards, for sheet layout, line types, dimensioning and title blocks. Your own title block and company stamp go on every sheet.
You are, as with any drafting software. Buildable models and drafts, and your engineer of record reviews, marks up and stamps. Every change the agent makes is written up in the conversation: what changed, what to look at, and what is left for you to decide.
One geometry kernel builds the solids, checks every placement and cuts every drawing view, so the model and its drawings cannot disagree. Seats, clashes and placement problems are flagged before you issue anything.
